Description
This fairway wood features a slightly smaller head and higher center of gravity than the standard Burner 2008 model for a more penetrating trajectory and more shot-making capability. A Senior finds a fairway 3 metal |

I've been looking for a 3 metal, at a reasonable price, for over a year or so. I like my driver & 5 wood, yet there was a distance gap I needed to close. I've tried differnt "top shelf" models, but did not find the one with the right "feel" for me.
I saw the Burner at a local golf store. I tried it with an R shaft and did not like it. The sales guy said "try it with an M shaft. I immediately liked the feel when I waggled it. When I hit it on the launch monitor it showed good numbers for launch angle, ball speed and apparent distance. I purchased it at a discount price of a bit over $100.
On course performance is excellent. I hit it about 200 yards, the good part is I hit it straight. I'm pleased to have it in my bag. I don't know if they have a ladies model.
